Engr. Olaleye .S. Wale is a seasoned professional in the construction industry as a whole. He possesses a wide range of skills and expertise required to perform at optimum level above his competitors and peers at large. Working as a Civil/Site Engineer and project manager for almost 24 years puts him at tremendously large advantage to being successful when handling sophisticated projects, complicted clientele and difficult managerial issues arising from Company staff.
Despite being a man of great affluence, influence and knowledge, he is also a humble, God fearing individual who leads by example. He founded the company based on his core values of Integrity, Professionalism, Precison and has not deviated from this principles ever since, thus making all staff at Swaleys Nigeria Limited strive to live up to his vision and mission for the company.
In 1984 he attained his secondary school certificate (WASC,O'level) from Origbo community high school, Ipetumodu.He then progressed to study in 1987 at the Federal Polytechnic Ibadan where he obtained his ND in Civil Engineering in the year 1989. He proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where he graduated in the year 1993 with a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering.
He kicked off his career with the construction company AZIZ HAZAN NIGERIA LIMITED in the year 1995 where he worked as a site engineer and later got promoted to becoming project manager. He worked under this company for 9 years during when SWALEYS NIGERIA LIMITED was founded. He later proceeded to work at AYU NIGERIA LIMITED as project manager for a year, switched to BETON BAU NIGERIA LIMITED and worked for another year still serving as project manager, then finally settled with SWALEYS NIGERIA LIMITED and has been with the company till present.
He serves currently as a Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers and is Registered by the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN). He is also the Honourable National President of the Great Ife Association - Alumni for Obafemi Awolowo University.
