The Company Swaleys Nigeria Limited was founded and incorporated with Corporate Affairs Commission by Engr. Wale Olaleye. The company was registered for the sole purpose of Civil Engineering works, has a very strong policy of substantial re-investment in Nigeria and is committed to the future development of the country.
OVERCOMING CHALLENGES
The Nigerian market is always changing, and so is Swaleys Nigeria Limited. Even though business as usual has meant adhering to the highest of standards, it is no longer enough. There are a multitude of obstacles, including increased competition, more complex and demanding technology, and slow economical growth which the company had to address in order to stay successful. The company uses sustainable systems and practices while implementing new and better approaches to deliver client projects.
MAJOR IMPACT
Among the numerous verifiable clients the company has satisfied Swaleys major impact has been made while working with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (FMARD) in Conjuction with (IFAD), in implementing FADAMA II & III projects across the country. Swaleys Nigeria Limited currently has more than 8 completed projects and more than 3 ongoing FADAMA projects in various states such as Niger, Anambra, Kaduna etc.
